    Applicants are evaluated comprehensively based on their resume and self-introduction, assessing qualifications, experience, and passion for the applied role.
  • 03 First Interview (Practical)
    The first interview evaluates practical skills, strategic thinking, work capability, and character.
  • 04 Aptitude Test
    Scientific tools based on statistical probability are used to assess an individual's aptitude, qualities, and tendencies for growth potential.
  • 05 Second Interview (Executive)
    A final in-depth interview to assess personality, potential, and growth value among those who passed the first round.
  • 06 Final Acceptance
    Successful candidates will join INZI Display as new employees, undergo OJT, and be assigned a mentor to assist with onboarding.
