① We do not engage in unfair business activities by exploiting legal loopholes or violating basic principles and commercial ethics.

③ We do not exploit competitors' weaknesses or information unfairly, nor do we hinder free competition through unethical behavior. Instead, we seek mutual trust and shared growth through fair competition.

① We reject all forms of unfair practices that violate commercial ethics and provide equal opportunities to all business partners.
② All transactions are carried out through lawful and fair procedures, and we do not engage in any improper conduct using a superior position.

1. Fundamental Ethics

① Employees take pride in being a part of INZI and always maintain honesty and fairness, recognizing that their conduct represents the company.
② All business activities are based on ethical standards, and employees strive to uphold high ethical values to enhance both personal and corporate honor.
③ Employees form cooperative and humane relationships beyond rank and gender distinctions, pursuing mutual development alongside INZI.

2. Fulfilling Duties

① Employees share INZI’s management philosophy and vision and faithfully carry out their duties in alignment with the company’s goals and values.
② They perform their roles with integrity, refraining from unethical or unfair methods.
③ Employees remain familiar with and adhere to all relevant laws and regulations to carry out their duties diligently and rationally.

3. Autonomous Work and Sense of Responsibility

① Employees perform their assigned tasks independently and responsibly based on a spirit of challenge and creative thinking, taking full accountability for their outcomes.
② They proactively identify and manage potential risks through transparent decision-making and execution, and take responsibility for any issues that arise.

4. Fair Job Performance

① Employees strictly separate personal and professional matters and avoid behavior that may harm the company’s interests due to personal emotions.
② Tasks must be performed fairly within the given authority and responsibilities, and employees shall not engage in abuse of power, falsification, or exaggeration for personal gain.
③ Employees must not accept any form of monetary benefits or conveniences that could hinder fair job performance.
④ All employees must refrain from illegal or unethical behavior that violates legal or commercial norms during work.

5. Prohibition of Financial Dealings Between Employees

① Employees must not exchange gifts among themselves. Exceptions may be made only within the scope allowed by company guidelines.
② Any form of financial transactions or joint financial guarantees between employees is strictly prohibited.

6. Healthy and Harmonious Organizational Culture

① The company respects individual creativity and provides equal opportunities for fair competition, creating an environment for self-fulfillment. Employees should respect one another and refrain from rude behavior, slander, or spreading baseless rumors.
② Employees must respect each other's privacy and foster a culture of empathy where they can freely express suggestions, ideas, and concerns to create a more harmonious organization.
③ There must be no discrimination based on personal relationships such as family ties, regional origin, or academic background. No private factions or activities that harm a healthy workplace culture are allowed.
④ Superiors must not assign personal or inappropriate tasks unrelated to business objectives to their subordinates.
⑤ Any language or actions that harm good morals, disrupt healthy colleague relationships, or cause sexual discomfort—including sexual harassment—are strictly prohibited.
⑥ The company supports executives and employees to form human relationships through free leisure and hobby activities, and these activities and meetings serve as the basis for enhancing work efficiency and further improving the quality of life of individuals.

INZI and its business partners recognize each other as companions who share trust through fair and rational business practices and pursue mutual growth and prosperity. Partners are expected to uphold their dignity and honor, contributing to the development of a sound corporate culture.

1. Fundamental Ethics

① Partners shall grow together with INZI and share its values, taking pride in being part of INZI. They must strive to maintain their own honor while also serving as role models in the industry.
② Partners must actively support and comply with INZI’s Code of Ethics, fostering a culture of fair and sound business practices. Under no circumstances shall they offer any unethical or immoral forms of gifts, entertainment, or conveniences to INZI employees.
③ Partners shall not damage trust with INZI through slander or by spreading baseless rumors about other partners.
④ INZI, in its role as a business companion, shall treat its partners with respect, foster unity, and pay dues as agreed in contracts, thereby providing a stable and trustworthy relationship.
⑤ INZI and its partners shall engage in business with sincerity, working together to pursue mutual benefits and growth as true business allies.

2. Fair and Responsible Business Conduct

① Partners must share INZI’s goals, vision, and values, and recognize that INZI’s success directly impacts their own. They must carry out their assigned tasks responsibly and with integrity.
② All tasks and duties must be performed fairly and faithfully through proper legal procedures. Partners must comply with relevant laws, corporate regulations, and policies, and refrain from any unethical or immoral conduct that could result in public criticism.

3. Securing Competitiveness

① Partners must recognize that ensuring safety, along with efficient production, is a critical component of competitiveness. They must continuously work to improve workers’ safety awareness and adherence to safety rules to prevent accidents.
② Partners must make relentless efforts to enhance cost efficiency and technological competitiveness through ongoing innovation and technological development.

4. Information and Security Management

① Partners must protect INZI’s intellectual property, trade secrets, and other proprietary knowledge. They shall not engage in any acts that infringe on such information and are strictly prohibited from disclosing confidential information to external parties.
② Partners must not leak any of INZI’s standards, regulations, internal guidelines, or technical data without permission.

In addition to supplying products and services to the market, INZI recognizes its role as a key contributor to the national economy and the development of local communities. Through sound and rational business practices, the company bears the responsibility to achieve sustainable growth and generate value.

1. Social Responsibility and Obligations

① The company acknowledges that corporate social responsibility involves voluntary contributions and service to society, and actively participates in the development of local communities and culture.
② The safety of residents of each workplace shall be the top priority and shall not engage in illegal or immoral behavior. In addition, executives and employees actively endeavor to form a sense of unity between companies and communities by striving for community activities.
③ Eradicating immoral and unethical activities that hinder sound and fair business activities, and faithfully perform taxes and obligations imposed by the state and local organizations.

2. Environmental Protection

① The company refrains from damaging nearby facilities and the surrounding environment to ensure that local residents can enjoy a pleasant living environment.
② INZI makes its best efforts to protect nature and prevent environmental pollution by actively working to reduce emissions and contamination.

Article 1 [Purpose]

The purpose of these Guidelines is to provide detailed principles for decision-making and conduct by employees in implementing the company’s Code of Ethics.

Article 2 [Money and Gifts]

1. Employees shall not accept any form of money or gifts from stakeholders, including business partners (hereinafter referred to as “stakeholders”).
2. In relation to money or gifts, employees shall not engage in any of the following:

a. Receiving money or gifts from stakeholders.
b. Requesting stakeholders to make payments on behalf of employees for loans, credit card bills, deferred payments, etc.
c. Accepting any items of monetary value such as goods, clothing, discount coupons, travel vouchers, or event tickets.
d. Receiving money or gifts indirectly through family members, relatives, or acquaintances. This is regarded as an act of one's own.

3. If money or gifts are inevitably received from a stakeholder or are delivered against the employee's will, the employee must immediately report and submit the item(s) to the HR department.
4. Items received must be returned to the provider in the presence of the team leader or a superior.

Article 3 [Entertainment and Hospitality]

1. Meetings or consultations with stakeholders shall, in principle, be held within the company. Employees shall not accept any form of external entertainment or hospitality such as meals or drinking.
2. In relation to entertainment, employees shall not engage in any of the following:

a. Receiving benefits such as sports activities (e.g., golf), recreational, or entertainment services offered by stakeholders.
b. Accepting meals, alcohol, or any hospitality at luxury entertainment venues such as karaoke bars, hostess bars, or massage parlors.
c. Accepting any form of entertainment or hospitality that violates societal norms or morality.
d. The act of entertaining through family members, relatives, and acquaintances is also regarded as one's own act.

3. If an external meeting or business discussion is unavoidable, a meal costing less than 30,000 KRW per person is permitted as an exception.

Article 4 [Improper Use of Job Position]

1. Employees shall not receive any form of convenience or benefits from other employees or stakeholders.
2. Employees shall not solicit other employees or stakeholders to purchase financial products (e.g., insurance), goods, or services.
3. Employees shall not abuse their position of authority to force or pressure stakeholders or business partners to hire family members, relatives, or acquaintances.
4. If convenience was inevitably received in the course of duty, fair compensation calculated by standard cost must be paid to the provider, and the incident should be reported immediately to the team leader or superior.
5. Acts through family members, relatives, or acquaintances are regarded as their own actions.

Article 5 [Borrowing of Movable or Immovable Property]

1. Employees are prohibited from leasing or receiving any movable or immovable property from stakeholders for personal benefit.
2. Buying or selling movable or immovable property from stakeholders at unreasonably low or high prices is regarded as receiving monetary benefits.
3. Acts of borrowing through family, relatives, or acquaintances are considered as the employee’s own actions.

Article 6 [Prohibition of Other Unfair Practices]

1. Employees shall not engage in gambling or similar activities with stakeholders. Any resulting undue benefit will be considered a monetary transaction.
2. Dual employment with business partners or related parties over whom the employee may have influence is strictly prohibited. This includes any agreements or acts guaranteeing future employment.
3. Employees shall not engage in financial transactions or joint business investments with stakeholders.
4. Employees shall not notify stakeholders of personal celebratory or condolence events. Monetary gifts for such occasions must remain within 50,000 KRW per event, and even in exceptional cases, must not exceed 100,000 KRW. Excessive gifts beyond social norms will be considered as receiving monetary benefits.

Article 7 [Financial Transactions Between Employees]

Monetary or gift exchanges between employees for personal or departmental benefit are strictly prohibited. Exceptions are as follows:

1. When a superior gives a gift to a subordinate for morale boosting or departmental celebrations (e.g., birthdays, anniversaries).
2. When gifts are exchanged between colleagues for personal celebratory or condolence occasions (e.g., birthdays, weddings, funerals).
※ However, personal gifts to a superior or department head must be limited to 50,000 KRW per occasion.

Article 8 [Prevention of Workplace Sexual Harassment]

1. Employees must refrain from obscene jokes or vulgar speech, and must not pressure others to pour drinks or dance during company gatherings.
2. Employees shall not make sexual remarks or comparisons about a colleague’s physical appearance.
3. Any behavior or speech that causes sexual humiliation or discomfort by societal standards is strictly prohibited.

Article 9 [Internal Information and Security Management]

1. Employees shall not spread false information or distorted rumors that could damage a healthy organizational culture or create distrust.
2. Employees must protect the company’s intellectual property and trade secrets and shall not disclose confidential or business-related information, including new projects, to third parties without prior approval from a supervisor.
3. Company policies, regulations, and guidelines must not be leaked under any circumstances.
4. Employees must refrain from accessing non-work-related internet sites during work hours and are prohibited from using company networks for personal purposes.5

Article 10 [Ethics Committee]

An Ethics Committee shall be established to interpret and evaluate the company's ethical guidelines and moral standards. The committee shall be composed of five or more members.

Article 11 [Punishment]

All employees are responsible for faithfully complying with the Code of Ethics Practice Guidelines. Violators will be subject to disciplinary actions based on the severity of the case, including being referred to the Ethics Committee.

Article 12 [Others]

If a stakeholder violates any clause of this Code of Ethics to make an improper solicitation, disciplinary actions may be taken against both the stakeholder and the involved employee.
